No, D.C. was not built on a swamp, but you could have fooled me.
July 30th was a thick day for democracy. Quality and caring people of all ages and from across the country traveled to soupy Upper Senate Park to speak out for single payer and lobby, (albeit sweatily), their Congress people.

Perhaps the closest to a full boil was our buddy Ray Stever, president of the New Jersey Industrial Union Council.

“Do it!”, he says of single payer, and we’re smart enough
not to argue with a union man from New Jersey.
This is for you, Ray.
